If you're not from here...
Welcome to my blog!
If you're not from here, start at the bottom of the page and read up. Blogger arranges my posts so that the most recent is at the top, so much of the introductory info is at the bottom. If you still want to learn more about the background for the flag, do a google search with: "Diversity Flag" AND Howell.

TrueDiversity,
First, let me say that I'm very glad you're a politically active young person. However, I think your argument would make a lot more sense if you were to be more clear as to how the hanging of the rainbow flag in your school has harmed you, because I don't really see it.
How have you been discriminated against? Which of your rights have been violated? What can you no longer do now that the flag has been hung? In what specific ways has your life changed since the hanging of the flag?
You should really be more clear. Merely saying that you've been discrimated against is not enough.
Take care.
Dear Bellisarius,
It is true that I have never mentioned how the diversity flag has harmed me personally. However, it would be wrong to assume that I did so without cause.
I did not create this Blog to complain. I created it to show why the flag was wrong, not just for me but for everyone. None of my arguments have ever included or need to include any way I have been discriminated against, any of my rights which have been violated, or any way my life has been changed for the worse. It is enough simply that someone’s rights have been violated, it is enough that the flag’s placement in any school is an abomination unbefitting to an institute of education, it is enough that the flag is wrong for the host of reasons listed on this webpage.
I cannot stand a whiner, and I never have expected to persuade anyone by griping over an issue that doesn’t directly affect them. I have shown that the flag is wrong, and no one, either in the paper, in my conversations, or on this Blog has ever successfully refuted my arguments.
Thank you for your concern,
TrueDiversity
